Once described as quietly strong, Ilana (ee-LAN-ah) started her career on the agency side, working across industries with global, local, and SaaS/tech brands.
Ilana’s approach to marketing marries data and research with creativity and instinct. After earning an MBA (while 9 months pregnant), scaling agency teams, and navigating acquisitions, she moved to the dark client side to make her mark on executive teams, building powerful GTM strategies from the ground up.
Following 18 years in the industry and in raising two kids, Ilana is stronger than ever——but she’s a little less quiet.

Voted most likely to write an award-winning novel in the second grade (and most likely to marry a Hanson in high school), Kate’s approach to marketing combines creative vision with thoughtful strategy and keen observation that makes clients say, “Wow, you really just get it.”
With education in marketing and psychology—and 12 years in the industry—she’s crafted and executed demand-generating brand, social, and creative strategy both agency- and client-side for global brands, noteworthy non-profits, and small businesses.
While Kate’s an accomplished go-getter, consider her an aspiring novelist who is not yet married to Taylor Hanson.
